Andreas Schweiger GmbH & Co. KG uses two systems for waterjet cutting each of which has two cutting heads. The technical data in detail: Bearing surface max. 3,000 x 4,000 mm, max. cut thickness approx. 200 mm, 4100 bar permanent working pressure, 13% water compression, 1000 metres water jet per second (equals three times the speed of sound).
Stocking a wide range of materials permits us to process your orders flexibly and promptly. In collaboration with our cooperation partners, we procure all other materials on short notice.
A combination of punching and laser cutting facilitates the benefits of a laser-cut outer contour on complex parts. We guarantee a precise, reliability and high-quality finish of all parts.
